Re-Learn How to Run.

If you don’t enjoy running, but would like to run again with the freedom and ease you probably had as a child, this workshops for you. Unlearning old movement patterns and building new ones to become a more natural, fluid and happy runner.

Filming you on our solar-powered treadmill, we will analyse your current running technique. Then we will watch back and you will be coached you how to build new movement patterns to become a more skillful runner, allowing you to run more efficiently and with minimal impact to your body.

This group workshop gives you a taster of what to expect in a one-to-one coaching session, some training elements that you can incorporate into your running.

The event is followed by a nutritious, locally-sourced lunch, which is included in the workshop price of 79 euros. Created by Functional Nutritional Therapist, Maya Flynn at GLOW.

The workshop is held at the Barefoot Mallorca Basecamp, high up in the Tramuntana Mountains between Santa Maria and Bunyola, where you can enjoy being immersed in nature whilst learning.
